I make sure to regularly dedicate my meditations to self-love, always wear my rose quartz with me, keep a diary ... so that my self-perception does not suffer too much from my job. 

Any further methods to slow down from every day life?

It really varies. Anything that feels good and helps me turn my head off. I always try to take a moment for myself asap when needed. 

Are you a spiritual person?

I AM.

What does spirituality mean to you?

A source of energy. A tool that helps me to feel myself and to feel connected to god, source, the universe… call it what you want…. 

What is happiness for you?

Laugh with lovers. Manifestation. Synchronicity. Goosebumps triggered by music, sun on your skin. Lying on your back in the sea, looking at the sky. Solve puzzles with the help of the dream world. To recognize myself in the poem of a stranger. The barrier that creates duality to break through. In summary, feel connected, heal, be one.
